All patches fall inton 1 of the 3 categories 50%, 75%, or 100% embroidered.
Black and grey areas represent stitching, white areas represent twill.

Calculate the size of your custom embroidered patch by adding the Length plus the Width and then Dividing by 2. See Example below:

Length: 3 " & Width: 3"
So, PATCH SIZE = (3+3)/2 = 3"
